NSA Hampton Roads Gate Hours:

Headquarters:

• Gate A (Front gate): Will remain under normal operations, 24/7
  
• Gate C (Back gate): Operating hours will be 0530-0800, Monday-Friday
  

Portsmouth Annex:

• Gate 1 (Front gate): Will remain under normal operations, 24/7
  
• Gate 2 (Back gate): Closed until further notice
  

Northwest Annex:

• Main gate: Will remain under normal operations, 24/7
  

Camp Elmore:

• Main Gate: Will remain under normal operations, 24/7
  

Camp Elmore Services Update

• Elmore MCX will reduce hours of operations opening at 1030 and closing at 1800.
  
• The barbershop and the gun counter are following MCX hours from 1030 to 1800.
  
• The service station will continue to open at 0630 and close when the last car key is picked up.  They will handle emergency repairs only.
  
• ITT Ticket Office is closed.
  
• Outdoor Rec is closed.
  
• Elmore Gym is closed
  
• Camp Elmore Indoor Shooting is closed.  The range will open from 1000 to 1400 daily for locker access and retail sales.
  
• Elmore Mess Hall is takeout only.
  

Additional Services:

Fleet and Family Support Centers (Portsmouth Annex and Northwest Annex):

• Mandated services: Family Advocacy Program, Sailor Assistance and Intercept for Life, and Sexual Assault Prevention and Response remain fully supported.
• Work and Family Life: Classes continue, limited to fewer than 10 personnel, or conducted via remote means.
• Clinical counseling: Crisis response only.
  
• New Parent Support: Home visit clients will be contacted by phone. Home visits may be conducted on a case-by-case basis.
  
• Career Development Resource Center: CLOSED
  
• Fleet and Family Support Center locations will be manned, but majority of services will be conducted via remote means.

Galley (Northwest Annex):

• The buffet and smoothie lines have been closed.
  
• Condiments have been removed from the tables.
  
• All food is being served by the certified food handlers to avoid customers touching the food in the food lin.
