The local Housing Service Center (HSC) processes applications and refers personnel to the Public-Private Venture (PPV) property management company. The property management company assigns personnel to PPV housing, and should be contacted for maintenance and resident matters. However, the HSC is your advocate, and you should contact them if you are not satisfied. For more information about PPV housing, including eligibility requirements, visit the CNIC Headquarters PPV page.
Renters’ insurance is strongly encouraged to protect your belongings and financial responsibility should accidents happen in your home. Find more information on the Navy Housing website.
The Housing Early Assistance Tool (HEAT) enables Service Members and their families to apply for PPV family housing prior to departure from their current command, before or after receiving permanent change of station orders. Visit the CNIC HQ HEAT page to find out more.
Additionally, you can obtain application forms online, at your nearest HSC, or you can contact us to have one mailed or emailed to you.
Military family housing at Naval Base Kitsap is offered through our public-private venture (PPV) partner, Hunt Military Communities. For more information on your family housing options, contact the Housing Service Center.
Management of The Landings (formerly Jackson Park Navy Family Housing) has recently been turned over to Hunt Military Communities as well.
