Fitness and Sports

Our Sports & Fitness programs include opportunities for personal training, preparation and conditioning for PRTs or your own fitness goals, classes, workshops, intramural sports leagues and tournaments, fun runs, recreational workouts, and other special fitness and wellness programs.

Navy Sports & Fitness facilities bring you state-of-the-art fitness equipment, with brand names such as Life Fitness, Hammer Strength and more.

Enjoy a weight-training session, join an aerobics class, start a pick-up game of basketball, take a recreational swim at one of our pools, or simply have a low-impact cardiovascular workout on one of our treadmills or step machines during your lunch break. Whatever your level of interest, we've got a program and the equipment to help you reach your fitness goals!

The Aquatics Program offers fitness swim, swimming lessons, water aerobics conducted by certified instructors.

Personal fitness remains a crucial part of mission readiness, and our programs and staff are expertly positioned to help you maintain your target level of fitness. We provide assistance to individual patrons and commands, and we're here to help you stay healthy, active and in perfect form.
