Fleet and Family Support Center Programs support
the individual and family readiness as well as adaptation to life in the Navy.
Programs include:
o personal and family wellness education and counseling emergency preparedness
and response
o crisis intervention and response
o military and personal career development
o financial education and counseling
o spouse employment
o deployment and individual augmentee (IA) support for Sailors and their
families
Fort Worth’s Fleet and Family Support Center Programs are organized into three sub-functional areas: Crisis Response (Counseling, Family Advocacy, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response, and Emergency Response programs), Work and Family Life Programs to include Career Support and Retention, and Deployment Support for service members and families. Across all three sub-functions, services include information and referral, individual clinical and non-clinical consultation.
