The Transition Assistance Program (TAP) is designed to assist you in preparing for life outside the military.

When leaving the military, you have many of options. For a great number of you, finding a career in the civilian workforce is the preferred choice. Searching for a job that fits your skill-set and conforms to your separation date can be difficult and discouraging at times. But, there is plenty of assistance waiting for you if you look in the right places.

Perhaps you wish to continue your education? What is available to you to aid in the process of choosing schools and fields of study or to maximize your options within education based on your military service? Answers and guidance arereadily available to you.

Visit your Transition Assistance, Family Service or Career Resource office for information and assistance during your transition. Often times, there is literature left behind by recruiters and other companies which can provide a great deal of information. Plus, check out the information related to transitioning within this section of the base website.
