Navy Family Housing's Rental Partnership Program offers special concessions when selected for residency. The Rental Partnership Program is designed to provide military personnel with affordable off base housing. This program is governed by an agreement between the Management Company, the local Base Commanding Officer and Commander Navy Region, Southeast. RPP was implemented to ease the transition of military personnel, and to help defray some of the costs incurred with moving. If one of these properties is selected you may be charged reduced rent, reduced security deposit and no application fee. Credit checks are minimal as applicants are approved based on their EAOS, PRD, and pay grade. This program permits communities to voluntarily obligate one, two, three and four bedroom apartments or houses to rent to military personnel. Homes/apartments/townhouse/condos that are in the Rental Partnership Program are evaluated and qualified to meet the highest standards by the Navy Housing Welcome Center. If you know what amenities you desire, just let us know and our RPP Manager will contact you to provide listings that might serve your needs. In addition, we will seek other properties to satisfy a requirement that we do not have in our current data base.

NAS Pensacola has licensed professional realtors from the Pensacola Board of Realtors who volunteer their time to serve our military/DOD/retiree community. They are conveniently located in our Navy Family Housing office and they are eager to provide rental and sales data from their multiple listings service. You will discover a wide array of homes/apartments/condo's and price ranges from which to choose.
