Pass and ID
The Pass and ID section is located in Building 777 at the NAS Pensacola main gate. You may register your vehicle during normal working hours Monday through Friday. You must present vehicle registration, proof of insurance, valid drivers license and current ID card to register your vehicle on base.
Temporary passes are also issued under limited circumstances and after hours by officers at the Main and West Gates. Personnel must still present all required information to receive a temporary pass.
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 0730-1545
Beginning July 1, 2013, vehicles no longer require DoD stickers for access to the base. Vehicles are still required to be registered at the pass office. Personnel will need their current vehicle registration, current insurance, valid driver's license and military identification card.
Personnel requiring documentation to park in reserved parking stalls on board the installations can obtain them from Pass and ID during normal working hours.
Contractor Identification Cards
Short Term (<30 days): All contractors with a duration of 30 days or less will receive a Visitor Pass from the gate daily and placed on an access list. They will need to show a valid Federal or State identification and maintain current vehicle registration and insurance, or valid rental agreement.
Long Term (31+ days): All contractors requiring access to the installation for longer than 30 days will need to be issued a Contractor or Vendor badge.
RAPIDGate: Apply at the kiosk located in building 777
Vendor Badge: Apply with the personnel in building 777
CAC: Only contractors requiring NMCI access Contractor requiring access to the installations will have a criminal background check, including a Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act of 2006 (SORNA) completed prior to any identification card being issued. Full name, date of birth, and full social security numbers are required.
