Navy College Office
The Navy College Office (NCO), a component of the Navy College Program (NCP), employs professionals who provide information and counsel customers on all matters relating to academic programs, including steps to degree completion, authorize tuition assistance to active duty Navy and Marine Corps personnel, and administer the on-base education program. NCO staff members located at NCBC not only provide services to NCBC customers, but also to customers attached to commands at Stennis Space Center, Keesler Air Force Base and various other military commands in the Gulfport area.
The NCO distributes a monthly calendar which includes dates and times of NCP/College Planning Workshops, Navy Tuition Assistance Workshops and test administration. If your command is not receiving monthly calendars by mail for publication and distribution, please contact the NCO to be added to the mailing list.
Additional information about the NCP can be obtained from the Navy College Center, which serves as the NCP's central location for receiving and responding to toll-free telephone, electronic mail, fax and USPS mail inquiries regarding off-duty voluntary education programs and services. The call center can be reached by phone at 1-877-253-7122 (toll free) or (DSN) 922-1828 between the hours of 0600 and 2100 seven days a week (except Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving and July 4th). Electronic mail correspondence can be sent to the NCC directly from the NCC Web Site.
