Under the direction of Commander, 1NCD, logistically support, train, and mobilize NCF units to attain high operational readiness.

NCBC/Security

To maintain and operate facilities and provide services and material in support of Naval Construction force operations, to include Amphibious units, the MPF (Enhanced), and other fleet and assigned organizational units deployed from or homeported at CBC Gulfport.

Sample Bullets

  • A model Sailor, perfect example of military appearance. Wears his uniform with pride. Petty Officer Sample strives daily to implement the Navy Core Values on and off duty.
  • Physical fitness leader. Her "follow me" approach to PT sets the standard high and generates enthusiasm within subordinates. Maintains an outstanding uniform at all times!
  • Solid Performer. Quickly stepped into the shop and mastered the use of all equipment in the production of numerous student and instructor guides.
  • Requires constant supervision to complete routine assignments in a timely manner. His performance has significantly increased the workload and frustration level of his contemporaries and seniors alike.
  • Unswerving dedication to duty. All requirements met above expectations.
  • Petty Officer Sample's performance during this reporting period has been inconsistent with no demonstrated effort towards improvement.

Closers

  • Has provided valuable support to enable the 20TH SRG to effectively execute it's training mission. Consistently produces quality work in timely manner. Assign to positions of greater responsibility.
  • Tremendous Second Class Petty Officer. Has the initiative and drive to make an excellent PO1. Ready now for advancement!
  • His interpersonal skills greatly contribute to a work environment that fosters unit cohesion and increased morale. He will be a great asset to any organization.
  • Has earned my highest recommendation for advancement and retention.
  • Progressive decline in performance. Lacks moral character, professionalism and competence. Not recommended for retention or promotion.
  • Petty Officer Aston causes extra work for others with his numerous absences, and due to his lack of initiative and nonconformance, he is not recommended for retention.
