LCDR Christine Cairoli is a 2010 graduate of the United States Naval Academy. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and commissioned as a Surface Warfare Officer. She redesignated to the Human Resources Community in 2013 and holds a Master of Science degree in Operations Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School.
At sea, Cairoli served as the Electronic Warfare Officer and Assistant Operations Officer onboard USS Roosevelt (DDG 80). She deployed to the Fifth and Sixth Fleet areas of responsibility and earned her Surface Warfare Qualification. Tours in Human Resources include Manpower and Retention Analyst at the Bureau of Naval Personnel, Community Management (BUPERS-3) and Operations Research Analyst and Navy Retention Survey Program Manager on the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations staff (N1). Cairoli assumed the duties as Executive Officer, Naval Support Activity Panama City in September 2020.
Her awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (two awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (three awards), and numerous unit and campaign awards. She is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), has completed Joint Professional Military Education Phase I, and holds subspecialties in Operational Research Analysis and Manpower Systems Analysis.
