NSA PC offers Permanent Party residents and students a safe and pleasant environment while assigned to the Panama City area. Services include free laundry facilities, TV/movie lounge, game room, and cable or Wi-Fi (for purchase). Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and ceiling fan for your comfort.
Students attending NDSTC should check in at the NDSTC Quarterdeck before checking in at Bldg. 484. Space is limited, so only dates per orders will be honored. If additional dates are required (at the member's expense) for Navy Gateway Inns and Suites, check availability in advance.
All unaccompanied personnel reporting to NSA Panama City, tenant commands and attached units must report to the UH front desk. Our personnel will determine and explain your eligibility and housing options, but most E1-E4 personnel will be required to live in UH. More senior personnel may, under certain circumstances, be eligible to live in UH.
Resident advisors (RA) are senior personnel who provide an after-hours leadership presence. RAs sign a memorandum of understanding, agreeing to certain duties and responsibilities in exchange for a room. The program is strictly voluntary and open to personnel in pay grades E5 to E9 including geographic bachelors. For more information about the RA program and to obtain an application, please contact the UH administrative office at the contact page.
Geographic Bachelors (GB) are personnel who by choice or circumstance have decided their dependents will continue to live in another geographic area. A GB must submit an application for review and if approved, the service member will be placed on the waiting list. They may also apply to be an RA. For more information about the GB program and to obtain an application, please contact the UH administrative office at the contact page.
