Captain Jackson currently serves as Executive Officer, U.S. Naval Hospital Rota, Spain. Previously he served as Group Surgeon, Amphibious Force SEVENTH Fleet and Officer in Charge, Fleet Surgical Team SEVEN, Okinawa, Japan. A native of Kalamazoo, Michigan he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from Michigan State University and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
Captain Ramirez currently serves as the Executive Officer for Naval Hospital Beaufort. Previously he served as the Director of Nursing Services/Senior Nurse Executive for U.S. Naval Hospital Naples. A native of San Diego, California, he graduated from Loma Linda University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. In 2005, he completed his Master of Arts in Diplomacy from Norwich University, the oldest private military college in America and the birthplace of ROTC.
