CAPT Evan L. Morrison
Captain Morrison was born and raised in Chatham, Illinois. He started his military career in 1986 enlisting in the Air Force Air National Guard with the Springfield, Illinois 183rd Fighter Group. He spent 9 years as an Electronics Cryptographic Communications Specialist. Upon earning a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL, he entered the Naval service.
In March, 2019, CAPT Morrison became the Commanding Officer of Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada.
CAPT Morrison has accumulated over 3300 hours in 6 different aircraft. Personal awards include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (two awards), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three awards), the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and various unit and service awards.
CDR Marshall W. Chastain
A native of Hartwell, Georgia, CDR Chastain enlisted in the US Navy in November of 1994 and completed recruit training at Great Lakes. He then reported to Orlando, Florida where he attended Electronics Technician “A” school and Naval Nuclear Power School.
CMDCM Jesse Cook
Master Chief Jesse Cook is a native of Olympia, WA and enlisted in the Navy in June of 1995. After completing basic training in Great Lakes, IL he reported to Sub School, Groton, CT and graduated as the class honor man.
In October of 2020, he reported to Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada to be the base Command Master Chief.
He is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy class 174 and the Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat Capstone Course. He has earned a bunch of awards with stars and various unit and campaign awards.
