The All-Faith Chapel is often recognized as the “Mother Church” of the Indian Wells Valley. It was established at what was then the Naval Ordnance Test Station in 1944, long before the building of churches in Ridgecrest and vicinity. The original chapel served Roman Catholic, Jewish and a variety of Protestant denominations.

Facilities
The present chapel complex consists of the main auditorium with a seating capacity of 600, a smaller chapel seating 80, the east wing with kitchen facilities and space for congregational dining, and a religious education building with numerous classrooms.
