Updated December 15, 2020
COVID-19 cases across the region are skyrocketing, with current daily new case counts nearly 100 times those in March when the first lockdowns took place. Local hospitals are nearly out of intensive care unit beds. It is imperative that all personnel continue to follow COVID guidelines, including avoiding all non-essential group gatherings, and always practice social distancing and mask wearing. For the latest local statistics visit the OC Health Care Agency's COVID data center HERE.

Previous rules allowing individuals carrying military ID cards to escort invividuals without military ID cards have been temporarily suspended. Face Coverings
All individuals (military and civilian) are required to wear cloth face coverings when they cannot maintain six feet of physical (social) distancing. Face coverings should be conservative in appearance and not offensive. Beginning September 30, 2020 face coverings with an exhaust valve, as well as neck gaiter-style face coverings, are prohibited from Navy installations, including the Navy Golf Course.
When entering installations, individuals should be prepared to show a face covering in their possession and have one on their person at all times.
