Information for persons requiring access to U.S. Naval Base Guam installations
To obtain a base pass to visit Naval Base Guam the sponsor accompanies the visitor to the Visitor Control Center outside the main Navy base front gate in Santa Rita. The visitor will need the following items:
- Personal Identification
- Provide destination
- Dates of Visit
- Length of Stay
- Sponsor Name and Information
If the visitor is driving their vehicle onto the base they need to provide:
- Valid Driver's License
- Vehicle Registration
- Proof of Insurance
- Rental Paperwork (if it's a rental vehicle)

Motorcycles (authorized and non-authorized patrons):
Motorcycles are permitted on base, but riders must show proof of successful completion of a motorcycle safety course before receiving a base pass. Motorcyclists must also wear basic safety gear such as:
Hard Soled Shoes
Long Sleeve Shirt or Jacket
Helmet with Eye Protection

24/7 and holidays for authorized patrons
Back Gate Hours:
M-F 0500 – 0830 and 1500-1730 Closed holidays
