Military to Conduct Training in Dandan-Malojloj, Radio Barrigada, South Finegayan, Open Ocean, Outer Apra Harbor, Agat Bay

ASAN, Guam (Feb. 7, 2020) – The U.S. Navy will conduct training from 4-9:30 p.m. Feb. 10 in Dandan-Malojloj, Radio Barrigada, and South Finegayan, Dededo.

Residents in surrounding areas should not be alarmed if they see or hear increased activity associated with the training.

The U.S. Navy will conduct training from 12:30-3:30 p.m. and 3:30-6:30 p.m. Feb. 11 in Outer Apra Harbor.

Residents and boat operators are advised to be aware while the unit is conducting the training events in the water.

The U.S. Navy will also conduct training from 10-11:55 p.m. Feb. 11 in Radio Barrigada and South Finegayan, Dededo.

This exercise will be accompanied by the use of blanks. Residents in surrounding areas are requested to be aware of the training and should not be alarmed if they see or hear increased activity associated with the exercise.

The U.S. Coast Guard will conduct live fire training from 9 a.m. to noon Feb. 12 five nautical miles West of Facpi Point at the following coordinates: 13˚20’N/144˚27’30”E.

Residents and boat operators in surrounding areas are advised to remain clear of the above coordinates while the unit is conducting the exercise.

The U.S. Navy will also conduct training from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Feb.12 in Dandan-Malojloj, Radio Barrigada, and South Finegayan, Dededo.
