CDR Dave Tickle

Commanding Officer

CDR Dave Tickle is a native of Trussville, AL.  After graduating from Jefferson County International Baccalaureate School in 1998, he attended the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD.  Here, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering in May 2002.  He also earned a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA in June 2019..

CMC Reginald McCallum

Command Master Chief

Master Chief McCallum hails from North Carolina. He joined the Navy on the delayed entry program and reported to Recruit Training Command Great Lakes, IL in October 1989. After graduation, he attended Operations Specialist “A” at Fleet Combat Training Center Damneck VA. Master Chief McCallum’s initial tour was in USS JOHN F. KENNEDY (CV-67) where he served as a Anti-Submarine Air Controller and Watch Supervisor. Upon completion of his tour Master Chief McCallum reported to USS BAINBRIDGE (CGN-25). In 1996 he reported to Fleet Combat Training Center Atlantic, Damneck VA where he served as an Instructor. In 1999, he completed Anti-Submarine Tactical Air Controller School (ASTAC) and reported to USS MITSCHER (DDG-57). In 2000 Master Chief McCallum advanced to First Class Petty Officer and assumed duties as Operations Intelligence Division Leading Petty Officer.

LCDR Randall Hendricks

Executive Officer

LCDR Randall Hendricks was born in Muncie, IN.  He graduated from Ball State University in 1999 with a B.A. in Telecommunications.  He enlisted in the Navy in 2002 and went on to serve as an Aviation Electricians Mate and C-2A Greyhound Aircrewman.  He received his commission on November 17, 2007 from Officer Candidate School in Newport, Rhode Island.
