Duty at NSA Annapolis

Since Annapolis is in the Baltimore-Washington DC corridor, it is within a very high cost of living area. Service members and families relocating to this area should keep this in mind when planning for the move here.

The financial assistance program at your current installation can provide you with tips on moving to a high cost of living area. Relocation Assistance is available through the Fleet and Family Support Center and provides the following types of services: Destination Area Information, Relocation Counseling, Settling-in Services, Information and Referral, Welcome Aboard Packets, and much more.

All civilians must bring a Form SF-50, if it has been provided, any other supporting documentation received from the Region, and ensure computation dates are correct with previous command.

All Navy personnel, officer and enlisted, should report to the respective office listed below with:

  • Previous command endorsement and approved stamped orders
  • Page 2- Emergency contact information
  • Medical and Dental Records
  • Flight itineraries
  • Receipts for travel and lodging
  • NSIPS detaching information report
  • Detaching evaluations and Service records

 

Officers
To begin their check-in process, all officers stationed at the Naval Academy will first report to Officer Personnel located at Larson Hall, 121 Blake Road, USNA

Enlisted
15 Bennion Road, Naval Support Activity Annapolis
All enlisted personnel assigned to the Annapolis Area Complex will report at the Naval Support Activity Annapolis during duty hours and the BEQ Quarterdeck during non-duty hours and weekends.
