Programs / Classes / Workshops
Life Skills Education is the most cost effective way to promote Good Relations, Healthy Families, and Strong Marriages. Workshops, such as: Anger Management, Stress Management, Conflict Resolution, Communication Skills, Marriage Enrichment, Parent Effectiveness, and Child Development, enhance personal and family skills for work and home, reduce marriage/family conflict, and enhance the member's productivity and deployability.

Fleet and Family Support Center staff will assist family members locate meaningful volunteer opportunities, whether within the FFSC, Red Cross or other non-profit agencies, where they can share their time and gain useful experience which can later be used for employment.
Outreach Services is the relationship between the FFSC and commands and their community. FFSCs assess command and community needs, identify specific needs and develop tailor-made programs to address command concerns - taking services to sailors, marines and their families.
